Our booth at ProSweets 2024
We will be exhibiting together with our sister company LoeschPack - so, as usual, there is a lot to discover. This year, we are aligning our trade show appearance on the following topics:
Packaging machine for sticks and snacks
With its high speed packaging system for sticks and snacks - consisting of Memory Weigher CP-16-S32 and vertical Form- Fill- Seal Machine RM120 - we present another innovative technology designed for speed and continuous production. A cascade of servo motors ensures that the system packs products with small portions and weights into bag at a record speed of up to 150 bags of sticks and up to 250 bags of bulk material per minute.
The packaging solution conserves space through to its compact design. Thanks to integrated autosplicing, the machine can change the film automatically when a reel of film is used up. The operator can prepare the reel during production while the machine continues to run. The size parts can be quickly and flexibly changed in order to reduce the downtimes to a minimum.
SCA series Packaging line for stackable chips
Hastamat will be informing the trade audience about the revolutionary machine concept of its packaging line for stackable chips. The SCA series safely and efficiently packs stackable chips in a fully automatic and thus hygienic manner - from feeding and dosing to filling the package. The system uses servo controls to fill and process the cans. Thanks to its unique weighing technology, the SCA doses stackable chips extremely precise: Giveaway and product waste are avoided. The machine processes fragile products in a particularly gentle manner. The SCA is flexible when it comes to can sizes and shapes, enabling the implementation of individual customer requirements. Products can also be packaged in trays. The system is easy to clean: Parts in contact with product can be dismantled without tools.
VMW Vertical Multilane Wrapper
Sandwich cookies and cookies with rectangular or round shapes can be packaged easily and space-savingly with our VMW vertical multilane wrapper. The same machine packs your products both upright and next to each other (on edge) and lying on top of each other (on pile) - up to 12,000 per minute. At the same time, you save up to 22 percent on packaging material. A format change can be carried out in just five minutes. The machine can change the film automatically when a reel of film is used up. A printer and a self-diagnostic tool with OPC-UA connection offer further advantages - we will have all the information about the multilane wrapper for you at ProSweets.
